Susan is a Principal at Earth Security, bringing extensive experience across global investment and capital markets, including asset management, investment research, market intelligence, endowment governance, deal advisory, and data analytics.

She serves as a Trustee and Investment Committee member at the Tudor Trust, where she helps steer investment strategy and strategic asset allocation in support of long-term equity, resilience, and systemic impact.

Previously, Susan was Head of Impact Investing at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), where she set and executed the investment strategy and oversaw a global portfolio across climate, health, and agriculture.
