Shivani Oberoi is a Senior Advisor at Earth Security. Shivani is an Investment Manager at Oxford University Endowment Management (OUem), where she has worked since 2016. She is part of a team that invests over £5bn of charitable assets on behalf of the university and its colleges.

Shivani’s primary responsibilities at OUem include sourcing global investment ideas, conducting investment due diligence, and managing existing portfolio relationships. Her work spans a number of asset classes, including public equity, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and credit. She is particularly interested in sustainability-oriented investment strategies in the venture capital space.

Shivani is a CFA Charterholder and has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
