With over 15 years of operational business management experience, she specialises in high-growth start-up business ecosystems, driving organisational engineering, talent and people development, strategy and business transformation and, above all, building and leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams that are at the core of the creative and technology sectors.

Paula holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria. She has written two books on the subject of applying professional and 'people intelligence' in the workplace and acts as a valued mentor, from Interns to C-Suite executives, in driving organisational performance in working environments that people want to belong to.
