Leehe Skuler

Leehe is Earth Security's M40 Fund Director. She leads our M40 efforts to create a nature-based regenerative financing instrument to support mangrove restoration and conservation around the world.

Leehe has been in impact and climate investing finance since 2009, working around the world with investors, philanthropists, and international agencies to develop and implement strategies that combine significant climate impact and financial return. She has always held a passion for tech innovation and its potential to address global challenges. In 2020, she co-founded the Global Impact Tech Alliance (GITA) which connected the global impact tech ecosystem and works to increase global flows of Impact VC.


Previously, Leehe worked as an investor and consultant to global pioneer climate finance organizations such as the UNDP, AfDB, and the EU to support innovative global climate finance solutions. At the same time, she has been active in developing the impact investing ecosystem in Israel. She set up the Impact Investing Advisory at Deloitte, and at Social Finance Israel, supported new impact funds, and worked with hundreds of climate-tech startups through accelerators and public actors.


Leehe has lived in the US, Europe, and Africa and holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University.
